Auction Process

Process overview. All bidding happens in real-time, so you can watch the action as it happens at the StoreBot storefront. When you place a bid, you can either go back to the Product Information page to check the status of each product bid on, or you can track the status of your bid with StoreBot Order Tracking System. After the auction closes, you will be notified via e-mail of any products you won and when you can expect to receive them. In most cases, we can ship your product(s) the day after you win, however there are certain circumstances where this may not happen. If we need to verify your credit card information (which is for your protection and is often required by credit companies for large purchases), shipment of your merchandise will be delayed until the verification is complete. Keep in mind that UPS shipments will take 1-10 business days to arrive depending on the shipment option you choose.
