Kett offers a unique instrument, the HK300 for specialty papers. This single instrument replaced two industry standards, the K100 and K200. The HK300 can instantly test both multi-layer and corrugated paper by using the capacitance method of moisture determination. Simply place the sample between the sensors, clamp down and the moisture percentage is digitally displayed on the screen. Kett Paper Moisture Meters include our “Total Care” Warranty Program.
The HK300 is capable of testing the moisture of both Kraft and Liner type paper. Switching between Kraft or Liner paper testing can be done by the push of a button. By pressing the sensor against the paper, the moisture content can be instantly read from the large digital display. In addition, the HK300 can be equipped with a rubber conductor to test into reams or jumbo rolls of paper.
Calibrations and calibration points are stored within the analyzer, providing tremendous versatility for the diversified manufacturer. Customer calibrations can also be created.
Online, desktop and portable non-contact systems are also available for single sheet paper and web-based measurements.

HK300 – Handheld Portable Instant Paper Moisture Meter
This instrument is the new replacement for the K100 and K200 paper moisture testers that have been the industry standard for many years. Calibrations are available for cardboard, Kraft and other heavy paper stock. Custom product calibrations are available.
Simply select the product, place the sample into our under the instrument and the HK will display the moisture value in seconds. Three unique interchangeable test fixtures are available to handle a wide array of paper moisture applications.
