Ship Notification

Most customers have just one question on their minds: When will my shipment arrive? Ship Notification is an information-based service only supported in OnLine?? Shipping Solutions. This convenient, timesaving option allows you to automatically transmit a fax to your customers or third party informing them of details associated with the shipment such as: (1) Date the shipment was sent (2) Date the shipment is scheduled to be delivered (3) Tracking number (4)Internal package reference numbers. To begin using Ship Notification just enter your customers’ fax numbers into your UPS OnLine Office or UPS OnLine Professional Address Book. Then, the next time you’re preparing a shipment electronically, just open the Options menu and select Ship Notification. Ship Notification is available with all US Domestic Service levels.
